Lenders' Information

Even though a Builder or Retailer may be a Member of the Progressive Home Warranty warranty program, it is important for you as a lender to ensure that the individual home is registered with the program.  To confirm registration of a home simply click on the Builder Search tab and you will be prompted to enter address details or a registration number. If you are looking to see whether or not a particular Builder is registered with our program, please click on the Builder search tab as well to search the Builder in question. 

Every home that is registered with the warranty programs is evidenced by a Confirmation of Warranty form that is signed and sealed by a representative of the warranty program. A sample of this Confirmation of Warranty is available by clicking the attached link:

It is the Builder Members' contractual obligation to register the home with the program upon the earlier of:

1. The completion of a Purchase Contract
2. The acceptance of a purchase deposit
3. The issuance of a building permit by the local authority.

If you cannot find the home or Builder you are seaching and are concerned about whether or not the home or Builder is registered with Progressive Home Warranty Solutions Inc. or if you know of a home that is not registered, simply call our office at 1-866-99MYPRO (1-866-996-9776) and we will be glad to assist you.

If the home is not registered for warranty, there is no warranty coverage conferred nor provided by the Warranty Administrator nor the Warranty Insurer, so it is absolutely imperative that you ensure the home is registered. Simply ask the Member Builder or Retailer for a copy of the Confirmation of Warranty to ensure that the home is warrantied, or contact our office at 1-866-99MYPRO (1-866-996-9776).
