Progressive Home Warranty has a dedicated team of individuals, named Client Solutions, to help manage the relationship betrween you and the Member Builder. Please use the following link for more information on our Client Solutions Department.
If you are submitting a request for concilliation, please download and complete a "Request for Concilliation" form and submit to Progressive Home Warranty.
Otherwise, please use the appropriate "Year End Forms" to report defeciencies determined by the warranty coverage listed on your declaration page.
