It is hard to believe, but Progressive Home Warranty has recently celebrated our 5th anniversary of operations in the Prairie Region, and Pacific Home Warranty is rapidly approaching our 3rd anniversary in British Columbia. We have only you, our Member Builders to thank for our success! The last 18 months have seen some of the most difficult global economic conditions in history, yet the Canadian housing industry has significantly recovered in only a few short months, and the future seems quite positive by all economic forecasts. Changes in interest rates in coming months will likely form the next challenge, but already government and industry are preparing for the consequences of such changes.
In less than 3 years, Pacific Home Warranty has grown to serve over 1,000 builders, developers and renovators in British Columbia, and in conjunction with Progressive Home Warranty we now serve over 1,500 Member Builders across Western Canada. Our warranty program has far exceeded our own growth expectations to date, and in conjunction with Echelon General Insurance we look forward to many successful years of partnership with our Member Builders.
What was once an office of only a few staff has now grown to 26 of the new home warranty industry’s most dedicated warranty professionals, and we continue to add new teammates almost monthly. We are very proud of the team we have assembled, and we love to hear stories from our Member Builders on how our team is performing.
