The application package includes a number of documents that must be completed and the
originals returned to our office. As a checklist, these documents include:
1) One Home Warranty Application – Fully completed and signed
2) Lender Reference Form – Authorized by you and the lender
3) Membership Agreement – Initialed on each page and signed on page 4
4) Sample Irrevocable Letter of Credit – Forward to your bank to initiate
5) Copy of Current Insurance Policies for Home Under Construction – Photocopy
6) Owner Builder Authorization Document (From the HPO)
7) ONE Home Warranty Application Fee (Refer to Schedule B Rate Card)
8) Copy of Land Title
