Pacific Home Warranty has designed and markets One Home Warranty, a home warranty insurance product designed specifically for Owner Builders like you, a warranty that meets all the requirements of the Homeowner Protection Act.

As part of our warranty process, we are also obligated by our insurer to inspect your home (to your benefit) during course of construction to ensure that it meets our exacting standards.

Once the home is completed, we issue the insurance policy to you, and manage claims for the life of the warranty. In other words, you are protected from start to finish, and for 10 years after that!
